Two hours on the plot, three intensive bouts of weeding and the last of the weeds on the middle plot have been cleared...
I moved the plastic sheeting down as well, and so the two bottom raised beds are effectively covered with plastic now. I'm still not sure if I'm going to be able to plant those beds in the Spring, since the committee might want to put a giant new compost bin in there. I might have to just get pots/containers in those, so the plants can be easily moved if needed.
Finally, I can start to plan seriously for the seeds I'll need to buy.
